Kingswood Foodbank

 KMC supports the Kingswood Foodbank by providing by staff and donations of food and other products.

The Foodbank is situated in the Bourne Community Church (BCC) on the junction of Waters Rd with Two Mile Hill Rd (opposite Centurys night club).

It is open to clients every Monday (except Bank Holidays), from 11am to 1pm. donations can be accepted from 9:30am. 

16 Sep Update. The shelves are very empty and we need virtually everything. To be specific we need tins and cartons of soup (including cup of soups), tins of fruit, rice pudding, fish, baked beans, meat, ham and vegetables, tins and cartons of custard and tomatoes, shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, tampons (tampax), coffee, drinking chocolate, pasta sauce, sizes 6 and 6+ nappies, baby wipes, fruit juice, washing up liquid, can openers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet rolls, pot noodles, pasta sauces, long life milk, pull up pants and chocolate.

During the whole of the calendar year 2018 we fed 804 adults and 601 children compared to 679 adults and 498 children in 2017. These are increases of 18% and 20% respectively.
